Only unprinted non-personalised products can be exchanged or returned. Exchanges and returns are accepted with prior authorisation only. Please email contact@simplycolors.uk with your details for authorisation.

We will do everything in our power to deliver you a perfect product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (or part of it), you can return it free of charge within 7 days of delivery*, see exceptions below. The item(s) should be returned to the address below, after prior authorisation has been obtained from simply colors by e-mail. The return address is:

Exchange or return is not possible if:

* the product is personalised
* the product has been used / washed
* the instructions for use or care have not been followed correctly
* an attempt has been made to repair any defect of the item

Cancellations

Once an order had been placed & paid for it is not possible to cancel any personalised items. Orders without personalisation can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided the order has not been shipped.

Not satisfied?

We strive for 100% satisfaction. In order to achieve this, we ask you to contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. Please let us know your order number and a description of the complaint.
