Delivery costs
Standard shipping is free to all UK mainland postcodes and sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked service (*excludes alcohol products). We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Express shipping is £6.95 to all UK mainland postcodes. Order before 14.00 on working days for next day delivery. We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked, this service is not guaranteed for a Saturday.. This excludes multi colour prints which will take an additional day due to the printing process.
DPD shipping is £8.95 to all UK mainland postcodes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Saturday shipping is £10.95 to all UK mainland postcodes. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is on the next available Saturday after the product has been dispatched. Order before 2pm on Friday for delivery on the next day/Saturday, after 2pm delivery will be a week on Saturday.
International Shipping,
- EU £14.50 Royal Mail Tracked service
- Rest of the World £18.50 orders up to £100 Royal Mail Tracked service
- Rest of the World £37.50 orders over £100 Royal Mail Tracked service or DPD
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. *Please note, during peak periods Express orders may have extended lead times and be dispatched within 2 working days. If you need your order for a specific date please let us know.
Collection
It is possible to collect your order from our studio. This can be selected in the checkout. We are located at Unit 10, Mead Court, Cooper Road, Thornbury, BS35 3UW and open from Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 17.00. Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed, if you require your order on a specific day please contact us to confirm on 01454 807032
If you are not in when your order arrives Royal Mail will re-attempt on the following day and/or leave a card to let you know they have attempted delivery and how you can arrange re-delivery. DPD will re-attempt to deliver and also leave you a card. If they are unsuccessful in their further attempts at delivery the item(s) will be returned to us. At this point we will be happy to resend your order but there will be an additional charge to cover the cost that DPD charge us. This also applies if an item is refused when the delivery is attempted.
